You may return items purchased online within 10 days of purchase.  The product ship date for online orders is the date of purchase.  You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 10 day period.  We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

IMPORTANT SUMMER SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We are NOT responsible for the melting of protein bars while in transit during the summer months.  We place a “Protect from Heat” label on all our boxes, but note that the weather is out of our control.

There will be no returns or credits on protein bars or any product because package contents have been left outside in the heat.  We suggest having your order shipped to your place of business or anywhere that it can be taken inside immediately.

If your order contains protein bars that have been left in the heat for any length of time, unpack your box and without touching the individual bars, place the box in your refrigerator for about an hour.  They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition; they just may not look as pretty.
